This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the Bird Nerdz online store.
Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) after payment is received.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and may be longer during peak seasons, promotions, or new product launches.
If we anticipate a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at the address provided at checkout.
Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time (unless otherwise stated on a specific product page).
If we later add international or special‑region shipping, we will update this section accordingly.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
At checkout, you will see the available shipping options and estimated delivery windows for your address.

Standard shipping: estimated delivery 3–7 business days after your order has shipped (depending on destination and carrier).

Expedited or priority services (if available): estimated delivery 2–3 business days after your order has shipped.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather events, or high‑volume periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination.
From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. Any such promotion will be subject to separate terms, which will govern in the event of a conflict with this Shipping Policy.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s), when available.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier generates the label.
Delivery Issues, Lost or Delayed Packages
Ownership of, and risk of loss for, the products passes to you when we deliver your order to the carrier. Bird Nerdz is not liable for delays in delivery once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

Check with household members or neighbors.

Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation.

Contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
If a package is significantly delayed or suspected lost, contact us at hello@birdnerdz.com with your order number so we can review options consistent with our Refund and Return Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Information
You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.
If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@birdnerdz.com. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to update the address once an order has been processed or shipped.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@birdnerdz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your request and, where appropriate, work with you in line with our Refund and Return Policy to provide a replacement, store credit, or other resolution.
Returns and Exchanges
